About Utah Community Cats
Utah Community Cats is a veterinary clinic dedicated to one purpose: improving the lives of community cats and the people who care for them. We provide affordable, high-quality spay/neuter services, vaccinations, and expert consulting — because every cat deserves a chance, and every caregiver deserves support.
Our Mission
Community cats are one of the most overlooked populations in animal welfare. Utah Community Cats exists to change that. Through humane, evidence-based veterinary care, we help stabilize feral and free-roaming cat populations, reduce suffering, and build healthier communities — one cat at a time.
Our Services
What We Do
Spay & Neuter Surgery — Professional surgical services exclusively for community cats, helping control population growth humanely and effectively.
Vaccinations & Ear Tipping — Rabies and FVRCP vaccines, plus ear tipping so caregivers and the public can identify cats that have already been treated.
Caregiver & Colony Consulting — Not sure where to start? We offer one-on-one guidance for individuals and organizations managing feral or free-roaming cat colonies.
Who we are
Utah Community Cats is owned and operated by Dr. Wyatt Frampton, a licensed veterinarian with nearly four decades of experience across large animal, small animal, and regulatory practice. That breadth of experience now serves a focused mission: bringing professional-grade veterinary care to Utah’s community cat population at a price caregivers can actually afford.
Why it matters
Unmanaged community cat populations grow quickly and suffer needlessly. Trap-neuter-return, backed by consistent veterinary care, is the most effective and humane solution available. Utah Community Cats is here to make that solution accessible — to caregivers, rescue organizations, municipalities, and anyone else working to help these animals.
